I am not kidding, it does!
There will be days when one feels extremely low.. and thinks that whatever has happened to me is the worst…
We start blaming, we start repenting, we overthink and we just keep spiraling……. Sometimes we feel its the end of the world and we just either want to destroy the world or mostly ourselves…
What if we just think its like a graph that will go up after it goes down…Or.. Like rhythm chart on our heartbeats that keeps us alive…
What if we learn to accept and live as the rhythm……
And understand that life doesn’t just start when we breathe in and finishes when we breathe our last breath out…
It is in the moments that we HOLD it and LET it go…..
